Terms and Conditions of Sale

By using this website, you acknowledge these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. This is to inform you of the terms and conditions for booking and cancellation, as well as the responsibilities.

Article 1: Rates

The prices shown on this website are detailed according to the season, the duration of stay, and the number of people.

Child rates apply according to the defined age groups.

Visitor's tax is not included in the displayed price.

Article 2: Reservations

By logging in to this site, you can request a reservation directly from our establishment. Your email will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive an answer indicating your booking number, the dates you have chosen, and the number of people. At that time, you will be asked to pay us a non-refundable deposit using the appropriate payment method depending on your chosen accommodation. Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, a booking confirmation will be sent to you. When sending the deposit, don't forget to tell us your booking number.

Article 3: Payment Terms

Payment of the non-refundable deposit is made by bank card, cheque, bank transfer, or Paypal for camping and chalet bookings. For the gîtes, the non-refundable deposit is paid via One Shot Pay.

The balance must be paid on site in cash, cheque, bank card, or French holiday vouchers.

Article 4: Booking Guarantee

The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed after registration of the deposit payment.

Article 5: Changes to Bookings

Any modification to your booking must be requested either by email or by phone at +33 4 50 47 04 04. In any case, this request will be confirmed by email.

Any modification will incur an administration fee of €8.00.

This change request will only be effective once the accommodation has confirmed its acceptance.

Except in cases of force majeure, the deposit will not be refunded. Force majeure means any event external to the parties which is both unpredictable and insurmountable, which prevents the client from traveling and from performing all or part of its obligations arising under the contract. You will be asked for proof.

Article 7: Commitment

By making a reservation on this website, you agree that your reservation is subject to these terms and conditions of sale. By validating the terms and conditions during the booking process, you are bound, and your acceptance cannot be called into question.
